Tatiana Mastriano, O.D.

Dr. Mastriano was born in Miami, FL and grew up right here in Palm City. She attended Clark Advanced Learning Center and completed high school with 90 college credits. She then finished her Bachelors degree at the University of Florida and went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2024. When not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband John, also a Palm City native, and their two dogs. They love all things outdoors and spend every second they can out on the water. Dr. Mastriano is so happy to be back home and to be a part of the Palm City Eye Care family.

Jessica Lund, O.D.

Dr. Jessica Lund is a Board Certified Optometrist who specializes in comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings. She is highly skilled in the operation of the retinal camera, measuring changes and the progression of eye conditions. Dr. Lund completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, and graduated with Honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. She is a member of the Florida Optometric Association and regularly attends Treasure Coast Optometric Society meetings to stay current on the latest optometric research and therapeutic advancements. She is passionate about ocular health and providing the highest quality of eye care to each patient.

kelly waddell, o.d.
Dr. Waddell was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
and attended Stetson University in Deland for her
undergraduate. She then returned to her
hometown to attend Nova Southeastern University
and obtained her Doctorate of Optometry degree in
2007. She resides with her husband Travis, a Martin
County native, and their three children. The family
enjoys boating, fishing and all things outdoors.
Dr. Waddell is excited to be a part of the
Palm City Eye Care family and be working closely
with our wonderful community.

Optical Department
For those patients needing glasses or contact lenses, we have two Licensed Opticians on staff to help you with your eyewear selections and all of your optical needs. We accept VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision and Spectera as vision insurance for glasses and contact lenses. We carry a wide selection of designer frames and sunglasses, including Chloe, Tory Burch, Silhouette, Maui Jim, Costa, and Oakley just to name a few. We also accept outside prescriptions. Feel free to stop in and browse.

Regular eye exams are an invaluable tool in maintaining healthy eyes by detecting and preventing disease. Some diseases develop slowly without causing pain or vision loss. Early detection of any problems can reduce the risk of further harm and allow for a choice of treatment options. Your comprehensive exam will include a refraction, a slit lamp evaluation, intraocular pressure and a retinal evaluation with your choice of retinal photography or dilation. We accept most major medical insurances.
Pediatric Eye Care
We take pride in maintaining the vision of our younger patients in an environment that is lighthearted and fun. We want to insure the good sight, vision, and eye health for the rest of your child's life and take a preventative approach to their general health and eye health. We will work with your child's primary care physician to help keep their eyes healthy. It is important that all of our pediatric patients have healthy and efficient visual systems to help make visual demands of learning in school easier and fun.

Thanks to the advances in optical technology, almost everyone is a candidate for contact lens use. This includes patients with astigmatism and also those who prefer bifocal or multifocal lenses. We offer a comprehensive array of contact lenses to suit each individual patient's needs. We offer daily disposables, extended wear soft lenses and gas permeable contact lenses.
